My name is Urvi, and I am a mindfulness coach and educator.

I teach children, teens, and adults the art of living mindfully, the science behind how our brains and bodies work, and the wisdom teachings that continue to transform my own life — all the tools I wish someone had taught me when I was a student

Mindfully Together programs engage participants to cultivate these essential, life-long skills:

  • calm the nervous system

  • improve focus and attention

  • build resilience

  • activate joy and happiness

  • strengthen connections

  • respond vs. react in daily life

In our programs, space is created for the participants/students to connect with knowing that they already have everything they need inside to be happy.

With this understanding, they can bravely and kindly be who they are, share their unique gifts, and in so doing contribute to building a joyful and compassionate world.
