According to research, mindfulness practice can change the neurobiology of your brain after just 8 weeks. We’re here to guide you during this time to ensure that you stick with your practice and to answer any questions along the way.

We offer customized bundle pricing for multiple sessions to better assist you in meeting your needs. Sessions start at $125 per hour.
