Explore how to bring more compassion, kindness, and empathy into your days to strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. Learn how to use forgiveness and gratitude to improve communication and feel more connection and joy in daily life.

Mindful Parenting-Self Care Level 1.0
Learn how to cope with stress, boost social and emotional intelligence, and practice self-care in a hands-on project-based class. Gain a deeper understanding of your child’s behavior by learning how their brain works. Practice a new approach to resolving conflict and learn to use the mindful pause to respond rather than react.

Minimizing Money Mistakes with our Tweens and Teens
Prerequisite: Completion of Mindful Parenting 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0
Apply mindfulness in your relationship with money. Cultivate a kind and harmonious relationship with money. Learn how to earn and spend mindfully. Understand the impact of your earning and spending habits on your family and society and learn how to make wise money choices.
