Mindful Parenting 1.0 - Fundamentals of Mindful Parenting ApproachPrerequisite: Some Mindfulness Class (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self Compassion)
Learn how to cope with stress, boost social and emotional intelligence, and practice self-care in a hands-on project-based class. Gain a deeper understanding of your child’s behavior by learning how their brain works. Practice a new approach to resolving conflict and learn to use the mindful pause to respond rather than react.
