A Curriculum for Mindful Parenting

Designed for parents with a mindfulness practice

A series of class sessions that build upon one another to help you:

  • Apply the 5 Aspects of Mindful Parenting

  • Understand the brain science and benefits of Mindful Awareness 

  • Commit to a regular self-care practice

  • Learn to connect before you correct

  • Cultivate the ability to experience life through a lens of Common Humanity, Humility, and Compassionate Action

    Class Sessions

    Sessions last 6 weeks and are held in small intimate groups of like-minded parents (up to 16 individuals). Save your spot today!

    Mindful Parenting 1.0 -  Fundamentals of Mindful Parenting Approach

    Prerequisite:  Some Mindfulness Class (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self Compassion)

    Learn how to cope with stress, boost social and emotional intelligence, and practice self-care in a hands-on project-based class. Gain a deeper understanding of your child’s behavior by learning how their brain works. Practice a new approach to resolving conflict and learn to use the mindful pause to respond rather than react. 

    Become part of a supportive community and interact with like-minded parents.

    Cultivate and enrich your parenting skills by mastering the following areas:

    1. Stress Management - Chronic and Toxic Stress  

    2. Self-Care - Modeling Well-Being for Generations to Come

    3. Understanding the Brain - Neurobiology and the Vagus Nerve

    4. Conflict Resolution - Win-Win solutions

    5. Emotional Management- Responding vs.Reacting

    6. Parenting with a Partner and Family Project
