Are you curious about how mindfulness can help your tween?

Is you tween feeling anxious after the pandemic?

When: Wednesday, May 26th 12:00 noon PST or Sunday, June 6th 4pm PST

What: An information session for parents and students to learn about how mindfulness can make a difference in your life. Meet the teachers (Urvi and Steve), Ask Questions and Review the 8-week Still Quiet Place Curriculum.

Who: Parents and Students Age 10-13 years old.

These are life skills and tools that enable wise choice-making!

Mindfulness is a special way of paying attention which allows children to discover the “Still Quiet Place“ within themselves.
