Mindfully Together invites you to come “fill your cup” join us for a self-care practice to nurture your soul and mind!

Mindful Parenting Free Drop-In Session takes place Friday’s @ 12:15 -12:45 pm PST/2:15 pm CST/3:15 pm EST

It is an opportunity for parents to practice self-care in a supportive community.
