A CURRICULUM FOR MINDFUL PARENTING

Designed for parents with a mindfulness practice

A series of class sessions that build upon one another to help you:

  • Apply the 5 Aspects of Mindful Parenting

  • Understand the brain science and benefits of Mindful Awareness 

  • Commit to a regular self-care practice

  • Learn to connect before you correct

  • Cultivate the ability to experience life through a lens of Common Humanity, Humility, and Compassionate Action

    CLASS SESSIONS

    Sessions last 6 weeks and are held in small intimate groups of like-minded parents (up to 16 individuals). Save your spot today!

    • A 6-week experiential journey with weekly live sessions (75 - 90 minutes)

    Mindful Parenting 2.0  - Going deeper into strengthening family relationships

    Prerequisite:  Some Mindfulness Class  (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Self Compassion) and Mindful Parenting 1.0

    Increase self-awareness, strengthen your resilience, and boost productivity in a hands-on project-based class. Learn how to skillfully manage relationships, make better decisions, and resolve conflict. 

    Become part of a supportive community and interact with like-minded parents.

    Cultivate and enrich your parenting skills by mastering the following areas:

    1. Self-Awareness and Role Modeling 

    2. Self Management and Resilience 

    3. Social Awareness

    4. Responsible Decision Making 

    5. Relationship Skills - siblings, growth mindset, and conflict resolution
